minute walk from the busy shops and restaurants in the centre of Dartmouth. There
are tranquil rural views over the town and river glimpses from the balcony.
Purchased originally as a holiday home, the owners now live just a few minutes away
and, as they manage and maintain the property themselves, they are able to offer
