The property has three good-size bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) a comfortable lounge, a dining kitchen in nautical colours and a bathroom with a bath and an electric shower. There is a digital flatscreen TV and integrated DVD player, CD player/radio, plenty of books and a starter supply of essentials such as washing up liquid, toilet rolls, tea and coffee etc. A welcome pack means that you can relax with a glass of wine and sample some local cheese when you arrive.

Situated in a south-facing, elevated position, 1 Orchard Gardens has the benefit of full sun throughout the day. With well-stocked gardens, barbeque terrace and small lawn, it is an ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday yet it is only a 5-10 minute walk from the busy shops and restaurants in the centre of Dartmouth. There are tranquil rural views over the town and river glimpses from the balcony.

Purchased originally as a holiday home, the owners now live just a few minutes away and, as they manage and maintain the property themselves, they are able to offer very competitive rates. They like to welcome their guests personally and are on hand to make sure make sure you settle in quickly to enjoy your holiday.
